Guided By Voices (featuring Neko Case) - “Echos Myron”
So I saw GBV play Pitchfork on Friday evening, and it cracked me up that Bob Pollard is such an awesome old fuck. The guy chain smokes and drinks constantly, introduces every song by it’s title, and then prances around doing high-kicks while singing.
They pretty much stuck to the hits, but being able to see the classic GBV lineup doesn’t leave me much room to complain that they didn’t let me curate the setlist personally.
