Justice Isn’t Always Completely Just
After serving 18 years in prison- with one of them on death row and in solitary confinement, no less- the West Memphis 3 have finally been released under a type of “nolo contendre” plea. Having followed the goings-on of this case for quite some time, it finally hit me this evening that I was watching something that I never thought we would be lucky enough to see: Three innocent men walk out of prison. I wish all the best to Damien, Jason, and Jessie, and I hope that they are one day able to fully and completely clear their names.
